I received the 8800 two weeks ago. This is our second unit. We purchased the first about six years ago. This unit arrived with some scratches on the surface of the frame and on the paint on the water container. The unit itself does a very good job.
I highly recommend Fresh Water Systems for other under-the-sink RO users. Convenient, prompt and handy to get the reminder that cartridges need changing.
I was having trouble finding filters for my whole house water filter. I was glad to find someplace that I could get the correct size and have them delivered to my house considering the cost of gas.
This survey is incomplete (and likely will appear to present a more negative perception), as I've just received my shipment. I haven't had a chance (weekend) to contact a Fresh Water Systems representative about my order. They have always been helpful in the past. It is possible I ordered the wrong filters.
We were very satisfied with three of the filters. The fourth filter however lacked the attached connections. Even though the numbers, etc were correct we can not use the fourth filter. This is our only complaint
