By going to the website I was able to obtain an item that they did not have enough of in the local store, so I was thrilled. It arrived quickly,..thank you! It is excellent to have a website for back-up rather than running to 3 different stores or have to call around.

Home Depot is a fun place to shop,the customer assistance is with out a dought one of the better ones. As a person who knows a little they are great helpers. If it is not in stock it will be overnight or longer depending on the article purchased

This was a great experience which came about because the local HD was out of stock on the item I needed to finish a project. The online store offered quick delivery so that my project was finished in days instead of weeks.

While Home Depot is a great store for in-person visits and shopping, with helpful personnel and a wide selection of merchandise, their online experience leaves a bit to be desired. Too often isle ways are crowded with items to stock the shelves. Hard to get around them or move a card past. Seems to be more common at Home Depot than other hardware stores.
