With 2nd-day Air, I expected morning arrival, & made preparations to install it that day. However, it didn't arrive until 8 p.m.

Some items arrived very fast and the freight delivery was great. The items backordered had an estimated ship date and I still have not received them (1 week past) and I have not received a follow-up email.

I was very impressed that the customer service rep had the ability to offer me a price that matched the price I had seen in a store, and that the product arrived only two days after I ordered it.
