Shipment left your distribution center the same day and arrived in by UPS ground the next day!! Fastest delivery I've seen for an online order.

All products were what I expected. The rough in for my roman tub faucet was a bit on the large size and my plumber will have to modifiy it but other than that the faucets were shipped in a timely manner and everything was in great shape.
