I am pleased with the purchase. I just hope that this product lasts a while, rather than break down overnight.

The store & all aspects so far have been fine, but the product does not wok for me. I am waiting for my son (a truck driver) to get here & see if he can figure out what is wrong. If he cannot then we will see how customer service works.

I was so pleased to have the correct battery for my AT&T house phone. I originally went to Radio Shack and was sold a batter that looked the same size needed and was encouraged by clerk to purchase, but when I put it in the phone it clicked all the time until I ordered the correct one online. Now it works fine.

Everything was good about the order. O returned the item because the factory honored the warrantee on the original product I bought. They were very nice about my particular situation and I commend them for it.
