Elite fulfilled their part of the purchase, however packaging contained one part from another unit and shorted me one part on my purchase. When called they declined to give me a shipping date for the part.
The product did not work, and have to jump through hoops with manufacture to get problem resoved. Unit would not power up but unable to determine if battery or a/c adapter is bad.
The original planned delivery date was moved back a day. I only received 4 of the 7 trckng #s and 1 of the 4 was incorrect. I prefer UPS. They deliver earlier and the drivers are more professional. I always receive all trckng #s.
building was higher quality than expected. The instructions were simple and could be more detailed in parts. the roof was hard to get lined up for some reason.
