The only reason I marked you down on the Shipping information was that I had to open up www.ups.com to get my tracking info (location of the package). Other sites put direct URL link into the shipping information, not just the tracking number.
I'm satisfied with the battery charger I purchased. I would have liked to buy the AC To DC charger that connects directly to the port in the camera, but apparently you did not have such / or I couldn't locate it
One of the items purchased was advertised as a leather cell phone case. I was amazed at the price. But upon receiving the item, I realized it is not real leather. You get what you pay for.
Excellent Customer Service! We ordered 2 small Christmas trees. When they arrived one was DOA. Customer Service immediately shipped out a replacement. Thank You Eforcity I am a regular customer and will continue to be one in the future.
The FM transmitter didn't work, & the cell phone holder wouldn't attach to my windshield. To return the items, your instructions indicated that boxes & shipping receipt were required, but I had already lost the boxes, & there was no packing slip enclosed.
The I-Pod charger definition was not clear. It stated it was for an I-Pod Nano. That is what I had...did not know there was a sub group of Nanos and each had a separate and distinct charger. jmr
