I thought the mail travel time was excessive. I waited 10 days for the order. That is a real drawback.

My order was not filled correctly, was missing an item even though eforcity packing slip showed the item was included. It took 3 email contacts explaining and re-explaining what the problem was. From the responses I received it looked like Customer Service #45 didn't even read all the email and the response was not acceptable at all. I will be reluctant... More

I have bought from them before and always received things in a reasonalbe ammount of time. Products have always been good and the prices are usually much cheaper than anywhere else.

eforcity is a new seller to me. so far i am satified. i was not very comfortable in communicating via mail as it take more time. I preferred a telephone converstation. But surprisingly the mail response was pretty fast and as effective as a phone call. I am not sure if this is the case with other types of issues as well.

I ordered a phone charger and it got here on time but when it got here the part that you connect with the phone was bent at a 90 degree angle so it wouldn't work at all! I want to return it, but it's too much of a hassle.
