Merchandise offered online appears to be better than the actual item received. This is not a store that I will shop again either online or at the mall.
I purchased some Dockers pants to where to work. Whenever I need them, I go to JCP.com because the stores don't have them and the prices are usually competitive.
I think JC Penney is awesome. I receive coupons in the mail and they prompt me to make purchases. I feel by using sale and coupons I get a very good deal.
Penneys is a very good company to deal with. I have never had any problems with them. The merchandise is always good quality, and if I am not satisfied, they happily take it back.
I order shirts that were size xl but when I got them they were maybe children's xl because they were not adult size. I was desaapointed with my order but I just kept them since they were on sale. First time shopping at JC Penny online. I needed a pair of pajamas for a gift for my brother in law and believe it or not I could not find a set in a maroon color. After just about giving up I tried JC Penny and found just what I was looking for. Shipping was a day faster than they predicted and he was absolutely thrilled.
