It's unfortunate my medical advise system/ medicare/ was not able to advise me and naievely I jumped the gun and ordered prematurely. My experience with FootSmart has been very favorable, but I should not have ordered prematurely.
I just received my merchandise yesterday and tried on the 3 way toe holder for hammertoes and it doesn't even fit over my toes and the bottom sticks out so I won't be able to wear it with shoes and I bought 3 of them thinking that I could wear them with shoe like FootSmart’s catalog described. Only thing I am having a problem with, which seems to be the same problem no matter where I purchase the item, is the knee high support hose. They all say they will stay up but I have yet to find a pair that doesn't wind up being ankle highs instead of knee highs, which is quite irritating when you are continually having to pull them up to the knees...More
I have only received 1/2 my order, I expect the second part any day now. It seems that they are taking longer, but it said 10 days and I don't think its been that long since they were actually shipped. I like the boots I ordered, just removed one layer of the liner and they seem much more comfortable.
I ordered my inserts on November 12th and received them on December 1st. I would like to order additional inserts but I am concerned about the lenght of time it took to get these inserts.
I am very happy with my purchases from FootSmart, even though I will be returning some of my shoes for different types. I have a very hard time finding the wide widths in the area where I live and therefore I like the choices that I find at FootSmart.
