I had to wait a long time to receive the item, and what not given an explanation until 1 or 2 weeks had passed after ordering the item. It would have been better to tell the customer right away that the item is either out of stock or on back order resulting in a long wait.
The battery as shown on the website was listed as 750-800 aHM's I believe, however when it arrived the product was 650 aHM - the same as I my current battery. I was hoping for a higher capacity/longer lasting battery. This is why i elected to buy from BargainBasementBatteries in the first place.
The male plug on the battery will not fit into the female receptacle, any suggestions?. Don't need suggestions, looked at plug and there were 2 ears on each side that I shaved off. i could then plug it in. i just hope it works. It appears to charging
