Had to answer "not at all" to questions regarding customer service because I could not reach a live person to talk to only able to access the automated menu.
I've been a ShopNBC customer for a long time now and have had excellent experience with their products offering. Customer service is excellent and my overall experience thus far with ShopNBC has been well above satisfactory.
