Please send tracking numbers with the shipping confirmation and let customers know what service will ship their product. It was frustrating to be unable to track the product. Shipping was a bit slower than anticipated, and then I left town and had no way to know what had happened. Product itself was great and a great price.

Love the prices especially for the discontinued Victorinox models. Love the free shipping and the quick delivery. Love the connection to United Mileage Plus - getting mileage for the purchase.

Irv's had the lowest price for the item I was interested in purchasing and that was the reason I made my purchase there. I would have liked to have more tracking details available once the item was shipped.

The purse is not of the quality expected. The leather is very heavy/stiff. I ordered this purse because a friend has one and the leather is very different...soft and smooth. The service was excellent. Product was not of the quality expected.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I've ordered from Irv's a number of times totaling thousands of dollars. The one time I need a piece of luggage in a hurry, Irv's cancels my order and DOES NOT INFORM ME.
