I had a question about the product since I was unable to register it, getting message that it had already been registered. Sent e-mail inquiry to customer service and got a non-answer that didn't tell me what to do. I then called customer service and got it corrected fairly easily.
I have been wanting this keyboard for a long time but didnt want to pay the amount all the other sites were asking for it. CompUPlus offered a great deal and even after shipping and taxes i still saved big bucks...will definately shop here in the future
I can't understand they do not deliver at a 3rd party address on the basis of "possible fraud". 1st time experience during all my online purchases. They shouldn't be in the business if they won't deliver as such. What happens if one has a gift to ship to a 3rd party?? This was my first and will be my last experience with them.
I was expecting immediate shipment from stock, however, it took 2 days to fill the order. Would like to know if there is a way to get stocked items shipped when the order is placed.
good experience. only real problem i had was the delivery required a signature, and UPS would not give me more than about a 4 hour block during the middle of the day when they would deliver it...
Item purchased was advertised as $356.95 plus extended warranty and shipping charges. Delivered product was charged for the extended warranty and the shippings charges; however, the cost charges were higher than I expected. My e-mail to Customer Support was never answered.
