My largest concern was the time it took to get the order shipped. I ordered on a Sat. and it was shipped on the following Thur. It is not necessarily the four days it took to ship (not including Sat& Sun), it's more related to the web site claim of 2 to 3 days shipping that didn't match up. I'd have been happier if you just said it can take four day... More

Problem: I received an email claiming that I would be sent another email with a tracking number. The tracking number did not arrive. However, almost 2 days after purchase, a delivery guy showed up with my item. I simply would have preferred to have the tracking number so I could find out which delivery company would be used and when the item would arrive... More

I can't understand they do not deliver at a 3rd party address on the basis of "possible fraud". 1st time experience during all my online purchases. They shouldn't be in the business if they won't deliver as such. What happens if one has a gift to ship to a 3rd party?? This was my first and will be my last experience with them.
