I will never shop overstock.com again. I placed an order with a discount that overstock had provided me. My order was cancelled without any notification to me. No email, No call, No mail. It would be nice if the estimated delivery time for the cheapest option was more narrow. I think the estimated time was "2 to 15 days." This is very wide.

I ordered a full/queen size duvet. I rec'd a king. Fortunately the design and fabric are such that I will be able to alter. This seems to be a better alternative to returning. The item meets expectation as far as quality and satisfaction go, it is just the wrong size

Purchase fine, but UPS delivery person put it in front of the garage and it got run over while backing out of the garage. Will contact UPS.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift basket that was guaranteed to arrive on or before Mother's Day. It came on the Monday after. The customer service rep. said he would give me a %10 discount on my next order. Next order?? I don't think so! Don't trust Overstock.com.
