I had used Bellacor several years ago, when we remodeled our kitchen, I was pleased with the products and the prices and the same is true this time. I was delighted to find the exact pendant light that I bought 6 years ago, was still available.
I have ordered items from Bellacor serveral times now and have been highly satisfied with the service and products received. I especially like the ability of the web site to narrow a search and also compare items.
Very disappointed in the delivery and tracking process Product shipment promised within 2 business days. Product did not ship out until two weeks later. I had to purchase local fixtures to satisfy a scheduled electrical inspection.
Order was not acknowledge by Bellacor vai email or any other means and I therefore did not know when to expect the item. I did not even know if Bellacor had received the order.
did not realize the floor lamp did not have an on / off switch. Did not see that part in the description of the lamp. Would have liked an on / off switch some where on the lamp
