I ordered a laundry tub with legs. The legs were not delivered. I contacted Plumbersurplus and received no help. My email was not answered, calls were not returned and the supervisor would not talk to me.
This has been a pitiful experience. My order still is sitting at the same status after eleven days even though my credit card was charged. No one can tell me what happen for five whole days. Now I am told the item is on back order, no est shipping date.
I do not know if it is in stock. I do not know if it has been shipped. I do not know anything about my order. Very frustrating. However, the $107.00 has been deducted from my account a long time ago.
I had expected to receive the order before the weekend so I could use it. Perhaps I was unrealistic about the shop date or the product did not arrive in 2-days bit later.
