I sent an email stating the christmas tree stand came all bent up. I also have noticed the same tree is selling for #399 instead of what I paid $475 and this is with in 30 days of my purchase I expect some type of restotution and a new stand.
I purchased an order and paid $90 for express 2 day shipping. I unfortunately did not receive it until 6 days and did not have the gift for the party. Therefore, I would like to be reimbursed for my express shipping charges ($90)Thank you.
After setting up my $900 xmas tree,a strand of lights (4')did not work. I tried the tester(did not work),took tree apart checked every plug, replaced multiple bulbs. still does not work. I bought an expensive, nice tree for convenience. NOT convenient!
I am very happy with my new pre-lit tree, but I wish I would have known that there are no controls for the lights. They are either on or off, not an option to make them twinkle, flash, etc. This was not in the product description.
The product looks used. The tabs on the back of the star light are worn and two tabs broke when opening the star fort the "first" time. I thought I was purchasing a new item.
