I always havae an excellent experience. Even the two times my items have leaked into the bag the customer service is so outstanding that I almost haven't minded. Did not have bubble wrap but had a two segment of inflated plastic. THis did NOTHING to keep all the items from banging around in dthe box. One of the products arrived broken and is being returned. My order arrived in two shipments and the packaging was minimal in both.
The package was damaged from poor handling by someone during shipping. I was surprised by this and I hope it is only time I have to deal with this problem. Thank you
