after the sale service was extremely poor. They need a better tracking system and stop using the excuse that they have no contact with their "distribution network" . I rate them as totally clueless with information after the sale.
I am very disappointed in the digital frame I bought. The images are terrible. I have another one of a different brand, so I know it could be better. I am returning it but I am waiting for them to email me the return # I need.
This order will be complete when I get my product rebate. I am concerned that Camera World was not listed on the rebate form but Ritz Camera is listed. Only time will tell if I have a rebate problem. Hopefully, there is no problem.
I ordered an item listed as "in stock" on the web site. After several days of no shipping info on-line, I contacted Camera World via on-line chat and found out the item was not in stock as well as no longer available from the manufacturer.
