Had trouble getting item from Fed-Ex. With Signature required, delivery to working household near impossible. Had to drive to Fed-Ex terminal to get & they are not well suited for customer pick-up. UPS is much better for such things, in my experience.
Great transaction overall. Purchased a Canon XSI digital SLR camera with extra lens. Ordered on a saturday, received confirmation that the order had shipped on monday (BuyDig emailed the fed ex tracking number). Camera arrived on thursday as expected.
The only thing I would like changed is that the warranty start on Christmas day rather than within 30 days of purchase as this was bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter.
