Shipping was on time. The bandelero costume had a $20 oversize shipping fee on it. I was expecting the sumbero to be much larger. It was also missing one of the bottle holders from the belt.
I was completely satisfied with the product and I look forward to ordering more stuff. My only complaint was that the box it was delivered in looked like it had been through hell and back (but I'm not sure where to place the blame in that)
THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT BESIDES THE HAT WHICH WAS NOT SEWN PROPERLLY ON TOP.I RECEIVED ANOTHER ONE BUT UNFORTUNATLY IT HAD THE SAME DEFECT. I HAD TO FIX IT MYSELF.IT SEEMED AS IF IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE SEWING MACHINE OR THE PERSON OPERATING
Need to return some material as did nto arrive in time for one party. contacted staff was told that could do so as long as initiated return and items post marked within the 14 day period. Hope this is correct as I live in canada
