my costumer service with blair was very unpleasant, first they said that i got gotten approved for credit, so i then placed an order for a few items with them that i drasticly needed, then once i had placed the order, and was waiting for the order to arrive, i had recieved an letter about seven days later stating that i did not get approved for their... Ordered several items. One needed next day. Told in stock. Paid extra, for next day shipping. Not in stock. Not contacted. No chance to cancel and pay standard shipping for rest of order. Still do not have that item. Don't need. Shipped anyhow.

Most of my order arrived within the time I expected it to arrive. One item is on back order, but I expect it to be shipped within a couple of weeks. One skirt was made of a knitted fabric when I expected it to be wovwn, but I think I just didn't read the ad carefully. I decided to keep it because I love the style.

I received the email stating that my order had been received with the confirmation number. When I tried to get in to check it, the number they gave me did not work. I tried both entering it manually and with cut and paste. I contacted customer service at the email address that was provided and never received a response.

I also received catalogs with my purchase. It appears to me that your clothing style is geared more towards elderly people. And there is nothing wrong with that. The elderly make up a large share of our citizens.
