I have not received my order, they have failed to deliver or credit my account. I have called several times as well as emailed and have gotten no response from them.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES FOR A MONTH WITH NO LUCK GETTING IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL. I AM SHOCKED AT THE LACK OF RESPONSE AND FEEL THAT I WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE BUT TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND CONTACT THE BBB.
Well...I placed my order on August 25th for 2 black end tables and today is October 20th and I STILL HAVE NOT received my end tables. My credit card was charged in full on August 26th. I have tried to contact them by phone and they are always busy and it sends me to a voicemail where I have left about 50 messages with NO return call. Sometimes it rings...More
Excellent product and on-line ordering was very easy. I was concerned about buying from them but it turned out great. Their cost was very low and quality was good
This is my second purchase from them. Both times, the meerchandise was dicontined. Both times my credit card was debited and it took a very long time for it to be credited back to me. I am once again waiting for my card to be credited.
