I was "overall" satisfied with the product. I did have difficulty putting the chair together, as a couple of the bolts had to be screwed in at an angle as the holes on the back and seat did not match up with the arms.

when I found the item I wanted it was for $259.99 plus 5% off and free shipping. when I checked my credit card bill, the item was now $303.00. When I checked yesterday the price had changed again!
