I have been having serious problems with my mail the last couple of months, however, I'm sure, as in the past, that my videos would have arrived in the timely manner(they didn't show up, so re-ordered)had I not had problems.
When I order something that has a release date. I want it on release date or at the latest the day after, not the next week. I rode my bike to the mall and back to buy this game in 3 days less time than it took you to mail this to me.
Overall experience above average-did not appreciate UPS leaving package on the porch without having someone sign for it- They just ring bell and leave package without a response. What if I was not home and someone took the package from my porch?
I bought 3 cd's and when I received them in the mail 2 cases were broken and only 1 was not. These were gifts and giving broken cases don't look very nice! I will change out cases with some I have, but maybe you should use some better packaging.
The movie I ordered came in Spanish not english. I called customer service and they could not give me an answer as to why I received in Spanish... Customer service was very polite and ordered the movie for me again. As of today I have not received it.
