I was very unhappy that my order did not ship for 2 weeks despite the promise to ship in 1-3 days. I was never informed that my order had been delayed and had to contact customer service.
great selection & price. I called cust svc to get a description of a color choice for my frames (not pictured). he could not specify. however, it became available online shortly after my call (few days) so i was satisfied with my options!
Hi there! Thanks for the product! I feel like my glasses still need to be ajusted to better fit (especially behind my ears). Where should I go to have this done? I don't want any radndom optical shop to destroy the glasses. Thanks again! Agnes
the product is great, just what I wanted....the shipping was kind of silly. I could have driven to Florida and picked up the glasses myself WAY quicker than UPS apparently did.
