I was terribly disatisfied with the level of customer servie and the quality of the product I recieved. I recieved two broken pieces to the bunk bed I purchased, one was sent orignially and the second was sent as a replacement part.

I only wish there was a way to track the order. All the website says is shipped, not even when and no tracking # or shipper info is provided. other than that I was very happy w/ the item

The headboard we ordered looks very nice but is extremely wobbley. We went to Lowe's and bought more screws and boards trying to stablize it. My son tried to call Bedrroom Furniture but didn't get a chance to talk to a person.

i have received the item purchased but, my husband called because one of the pieces was damaged and we are waiting for that piece to be shipped.

I contacted Bedroom Furniture because I did not have a tracking number and wanted to know when my item was scheduled to arrive. I had some problems putting the bed together as the holes in one part were wrong and did not correspond with the diagram

Product was delivered on time however there was quite a large scratch on the top piece which we are going to have to repair.

The only problem with my order is that one of the wooden slats that forms I guess the platform part of the bed was cracked. It was obviously just because it was an old (sort of rotted) piece of wood. I glued and heavily duct-taped it together, and the bed sleeps fine. I figured the return and then re-shipping was not worth the wait for such a small thing...More

The products (nightstand and dresser) recommended by the salesperson were of extreme poor quality. I wonder why would any company offer such products. You can get cheaper and better quality products from Wal-Mart than the ones I received.
