It was really frustrating when I would try to track my shipment - none of the representatives knew where my shipment was and the information was never updated on-line.

The only dissapointment for me and my husband is the quality of the material that the furniture is made of.

One of the chest's is fine the other the drawers don't operate smoothly at all. in fact they are very hard for my wife to open. If it were at all possible we would like to keep one and exchange the other!

My husband and son in law put the chest of drawers together.An electric drill saved a lot of time. The quality of the piece is very good and it looks nice in my guest bedroom.

Great furniture. Arrived before expected delivery date! A few marks on the bed ordered, which was disappointing, but not enough to return...very satisfied, great price. Would order again. Instructions vague...read, look through before assembling
