A customer service rep called to see if I had gotten the order and was happy; and I told her the only thing I didn't like was the way they did the buy 2 get 1 free offer. I got 4 of one type perfume; but no problem, as I will give one to each of my girls and keep 2 for myself. If I need to order again and they have this offer, I will call.
I was double billed for one item. Four of 6 items did not match in coloror meet my expectations of quality. I was told that I could return the merchandise at company expense, but I saw in fine print taht the co. would charge me $9.00, though it would cost less than that to mail it myself.
when i ordered it stated product in stock but only some items shipped. Sent a note saying a couple of items were backordered.Not happy with that,since i would've ordered something different if not available.Items recieved were of good quality.thanks
I order from Beauty Boutique often and have always been satisfied with them. However, I also always use standard delivery and it usually takes about a week. I was a little surprised that it took 18 days to receive my order this time.
