My Beauty.com purchased arrived quickly, but there was a problem with leakage of one of the shampoo bottles. Upon contacting Beauty.com the issue was resolved very quickly. I am extremely pleased with how customer service handled the issue. The staff was very responsive and curteous in resolving the issue.
Everything was great, I shopped because I received a 20% off coupon via email. The products I purchased were great, I will be a returning customer - definitely!
The only problems I have had were with drugstore.com when I ordered a case of something and received only one item. This happened several times and I have starting ordering this item from another vendor.
I was very pleased with my order. My favorite fragence is a hard to find item. I was pleased to know that I have a place on line to place an order when needed.
