The diameter of fire pit could not be definitely determined, prior to purchase. 2 individuals had different info on diameter. When unit arrived, neither dimension was correct.

The boxes were burst, the product was bent and all but 4 of the screws and bolts were missing. Much flemsier than I expected.

Tracking of my order should be easier. Autogenerated e-mails would be a plus...especially if the item is on backorder etc. I am still waiting for one item, and do not have status of when it will ship. The "on or about" is like horse shoes and hand grenades. I like the product, but have a nice grill I can't leave on the patio as the cover is... More

Received the product on time on July 3rd. It is damaged. I've requested either a discount on the item or replacement doors sent as the originals are bent. I've called twice and sent emails with photos of the damage. Originally told I'd receive info within 48 hours. Then told 48 more hours. This is really inconvenient.
