Not only got my problem resolved, but talked to a great gal named Lisa the even gave me the weather report because I was headed up to Pacific Grove for the weekend. Now THAT is customer service!
I was so impressed with customer service! One of the items I ordered was not packed in the order as listed. When I contacted customer support they sent the item out right away with free shipping, even emailing me the new invoices needed for my work!
Great availability and ease of ordering, arrived on time. disappointed by the flimsiness of some (bottom of sand tray comes out too easily;blank stamp pads are loose and flimsy plastic, "disposable" quality, will not keep ink from drying out )
I wasn't pleased with the stamp pads. Their packaging makes it look like they will dry out easily. I was expecting a lid that sealed better. We are going to have to put rubber bands around the pad to keep the lid on and then seal them in plastic bags
I was disappointed when I ordered an item from the infant/toddler section, when I received it the item was marked for ages 3 and up. I was unable to place the item in my two year old classroom.
