I would have bought the 2t size if it had been available, but the costume I wanted only had the 18-24 month size in stock. My little one is nearly 28 months, so the costume is fairly tight in the bottom. But it was shipped quickly and safely!
Very poor service. First the carseat on sale was listed in stock, then at full price not sale price. Then carseat that we did get was involved in a recall which we had asked specifically about prior. Customer service was unable to do anything.
I purchased a product after careful reading of the product description. It wasn't until AFTER I'd purchased that I saw the item number. I left a message on the online support feedback system about how disappointed I was that the description was for the wrong product. I am happy with my purchase from Baby Universe. I received my order in a timely manner. One item I ordered became unavailable but I was notified by email that the item was cancelled from my order. Hopefully the billing is correct since I used the pay it later option.
