I found out my crib was sent back to the seller by using the tracking feature. Nobody could really tell me what happend only that Fed Ex sent it back to the seller as defective. The seller gave me a refund

The original box was damaged and the instructions were missing. A simple thing to use but I like to keep boxes and manuals for my gear.

First and last name of an individual are required firlds, but not the company name. In some occasions, the sender wants to send the gift to the entire company and not one individual. You should give the sender the option accordingly.
