I enjoy their high quality supplements. The website is wonderful, easy to navigate, and they always deliver the order quickly. I just wish some of their products were not so expensive! (a bottle of 60 pills for $30 is a little steep for me)
I asked for confirmation of shipping address after I had made my order, but got no reply to my email. As a result. items were shipped with an incomplete shipping address, luckily the express company had my phone number and I was able to have it delivered.
I emailed and asked someone to get back with me about the autoship program several weeks ago and I have not heard back. Also, packing slip says $237.66 and my order should have only been $118.
I expected the product to be in a pill or liquid form, not tiny white sprinkles, which makes me a little weirded out to give it to my dog. Also, the directions for administering the product say to "sprinkle granules directly into mouth and hold closed briefly"- has the person who wrote these directions owned a dog? That is an impossible feat...More
I ordered these products on Thursady ask for 2 day shipment paid 20.00 bucks too,it came 4 days later.... sucks for me and my " speedy shipment" promise. Other than that all's well.Pass that on.
