I had a question about using my Virtual Gift card and Kathy at x3001 was extremely helpful. I had called a couple of months before regarding this same issue and was basically blown off by the CSR at that time so I was concerned about calling again.

Everything was great. The only comment I have is that I should have told you to deliver it on the front porch. It was delivered on the back porch and I'm not really sure how quickly I got it because I don't usually check the back porch.

Would be nice to receive more trial size items if you order is over $100.00. One sample seems a little less than what other (i.e. Sephora.com) offer.

Although extremely satisfied with the timeliness of delivery, I have been experiencing a higher than usual volume of junk e-mail since my order. It's hard not to wonder if this is a result of providing my address to Dermstore.

The only reason I actually went online to make a purchase at DermStore.com was because I received a coupon. I am more likely to shop at stores/online sites when a coupon is involved, along with great pricing. How can I get coupons for future purchases?
