The lollia wish perfume was broken and the packaging of the hand lotion was soaked in the perfume (hand lotion a gift. I also cut my finger on broken piece of perfume bottle trying to salvage the rest of my order. Would have liked to have been offered more of a discount on the items purchased. They were offered at regular retail price therefore I only saved on tax. I always shop the net for discount.
Was planning on giving this item as a gift, but the item was basically just placed in a bigger shipping box with a single "token" strip of bubble wrap that was too small to have any impact on the security of my item. I have decided to just keep the item for myself because the items box is beat up too badly to feel good about giving it to anyone...More
I was very satisfied with the product I ordered, but it did not come in it's own personal box. Also, the Grace "sample" I ordered was nothing but a piece of paper with the scent on it. NOT A GREAT WAY TO PROMOTE PRODUCT!!! And I would never call that piece of paper a "sample!" You could do much better with that.
