I was disapointed with the delivery time. It took two weeks from the day I ordered the items for delivery. That is much to long and I am not sure I would buy from them again.

Item was onbackorder about 6 weeks. Not essential apparel's fault. Perhaps some reminder to the supplier would have bern in order.

One of my items was backordered and I didn't know that was going to happen until I received the first part of the order. Also, they didn't tell me when the backordered item was going to arrive. I would have apppreciated knowing this information.

The shipping was fast. The item well packed. The however is that the product did not meet the quality of the discontinued product it was recommended to replace.
