One of the recycle bins (the yellow one) has some sort of "dirt" spots on the lid that I can't remove (and this lid creaks more than the others when lifted). Not exactly a huge reason for paying to return or exchange the item, but it causes me to not be completely satisfied with the product.

Disappointed that there was no status on an order after almost a week - not even an indication that an item was backordered, etc. Also find that packing is not as robust as it needs to be for delicate optical equipment. Seems I got lucky that there was no serious damage with items in my order.

Packaging was extremely difficult, I did as instructed and used scissors instead of a knife but still had some damage. Debated returning, but don't foresee any change and can repair the problem.....
