too difficult to cancel an item; even within 1 hour of purchase; item was already picked, but since they don't have 24 hour cust svc, i had to wait until next day; then was told i would have to ship back at my expense.
I had to contact customer service a couple of times to find out where my order was. I eventually found out that the item was in high demand. I should have been emailed that my order was going to be late.
I received an email saying I wasn't getting the product. I contacted the person for whom I purchased and told them not to expect delivery. My friend calls today and says the purchase was delivered! Very confusing!
I purchased another round toilet seat before that fit, but the new seat, also round, is smaller. A 1 inch of toilet rim is ezposed outside the perimeter of the new seat, but I like the quality of both seats. The new seat is a bit too small to suit me.
The main basin was very difficult to get screwed on the pedestal base! It was extremely tight and it took two of us to get it together. It is an attractive piece, but something should be done about that main basin!!!
