I love the umbrella led light / in fact, I plan to order another so that I can use two on my patio umbrella. Unfortunately the solar American Flag was a dissappointment. I does not light up very well, and the design is not impressive enough / as was expected. I hate to return them, but I plan to return both flags that I ordered.

I ordered 4 beach chairs, 2 of each color. Only 2 chairs arrived, but they arrived earlier than the expected date, which I was happy about. I waited for the remaining 2 chairs to arrive; they did not, so I called Netshops and spoke with Valerie. Everything was great except the chair was rfeceived at my home in a box that looked like it had been dragged 2 blocks and the arm rest was scratched and dirty. We agreed to accept it because of the integrety of the chair was okay.

NetShops is sutable for gifts shpping, that it's would be usefull for sender to recieve an e-mail receipt of order from recipient.

I had no problem browsing, purchasing and tracking my Netscape product. However, the product was delivered to the wrong house. The people their said the delivery person gave my rug to their 8 year son and left. The only reason I received the rug is because the owners of that house looked up my address and did a map search and brought the rug to me. More

I ordered on July 5th & was nit informed there was a problem. I had to inquire 5-6 days later to get information. Yes, I was answered by Jessica Otte right away but I am unhappy that I was not informed there was an issue. Not happy.
