Regarding customer service, I DID! contact them 3 times, was given 3 different fax #'s and the final answer they gave me was ridiculous. I sent an e-mail telling them about my experience. Received no answer from them. I'll buy elsewhere.

You have quality equipment others do not and when I order, I get exactly what I thought I was going to receive, hassle free. That is why i will be back. Also, I like the reviews which I use to educate me on whatever product I was thinking about purchasing. Good job!
