Dell at customer service was wonderful and I felt very happy dealing with her. I am disappointed with the Munro shoes I purchased as they were way too big. Hopefully a whole size smaller than I normally wear will work.
The cost to return an item is understandable, but makes me hesitant to order when I'm not sure of sizing. I had to return something that fit the sizing you gave (waist) but was too small in leg length, a size which you didn't specify.
My purchase was for a vacation, and the customer reviews, speedy shipping, return policy, and reshipping procedures all added up to a perfect shopping experience. Difficult to shop in WI for a trip to Mexico in November and you made it possible. Thanks!
