I was very happy with the shopping experience I had with Bellacor. I ordered 5 light fixtures. The final shipment, my two master bath lights do not match. I am returning these two items.
I did have a broken fixture and called immediately - supposedly one was to be sent right out and I have yet to see it yet !!! I need for my business which is opening soon - can you find out where it is?????
I was so pleased in the timeliness of my order. I ordered on Tuesday and my order was delivered on Friday. My lamp is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
My order was for 5 ceiling light fixtures which have not yet been installed. I will not be certain about returns until my electrician has completed his job, but am relying on bellacor's past excellent performance to complete this survey.
It would be nice to have larger pictures. A zoom feature would be great. Also maybe more pictures with the light on with different backgrounds. More detailed info would be good. I could not tell what the "cover" was made out of and it's design.
The support staff was amazing. They were so helpfull and really made me feel my issue was very important to them. Only half my order came in time. the second half took a month later to arrive due to input of qyt. error at the lighting supply house. Because of the experiance with the support staff I will be happy to use Bellacor again.
