ActionGPS did not return email or phone messages. I was finally able to contact them through live response. Additionally, we switched payment method from Paypal to credit card and, to date, I have still not received the Paypal refund.

2 or 3 e-mails, at least 2 phone calls and no reply, because I received the forerunner 305 without the craddle and without the european plug = impossible to use. Still waiting that actionGPS sends a hello customer e-mail !!!!

The unit has a 2-year-old map, and now I get to spend at least another $70 if I want to get it updated to current from Garmin. This was not mentioned at all on their website. So, while I am happy with the unit itself, I am not at all happy with the details provided at time of purchase, and do not plan to use ActionGPS again, nor recommend them, unless... More

I was not able to contact vendor by e-mail or phone. No feedback on website. I did not know if this was a real buisness or a scam

I was not informed during the purchase process that this item does not work in my geographic area. I received a note along with the product that the only area close to where I live covered by this GPS traffic update tool is over 150 miles away from my home.
