my only issue is product broke after one day of use. however, it was replaced immed & even sent me pre-printed label to return defective product. all and all i am happy with the service, but not with the product.
Everything was easy and fast. I will be back. The only problem I had was they only shipped half the order. I called custermer service and had it in my hand in three days.
I emailed cust service with a question about if one of their products would do what I needed done with my equipment. They answered it would, and they were right. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
