I was sent a request to confirm delivery. I emailed back that I had NOT received the item. I heard NOTHING back from Absolute Home. I have since recieved the item......only comunication was ANOTHER request to fill out this confirmation.
I made an error in the number of knobs I needed, and realized it the day after I placed my order, I called the company to ask them if they could add the extra knob to my order, they could not, but they did send it to me with free shipping. I was very happy about that!
Both of my pedistals boxes where damaged I sent one of them back I keep one of them even though it had a dent in the back. The shipper did not take very good care of my order.
I enjoyed my product. My shipping date was moved back twice so I received it almost a month after original receiving date. Customer service was good in informing me of it, which I appreciate, but I was still upset I had to wait even longer for my product.
