Not reliable beyond warranty

I was very pleased with this phone until the warranty ran out (1 year warranty). Not 2 good weeks after the warranty, the screen went blank and I had this great looking phone that I couldn't even see how to use. There were no screen prompts or anything

Poor Quality phone with little customer assitance
